Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNLn marketing website, user panel, and international route subscription service. It explains how data needed to provide the service is handled. Payment providers and other websites accessed by users process data independently; please review their respective privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Email is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they will be used only to handle that request. When submitting a ticket, avoid including passwords, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the issue.
The user panel processes account identifiers, authentication credentials, plan status, data usage, and order records for login verification, subscription delivery, usage billing, and after-sales support. Order data includes the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction-related information. Ticket contents are used to investigate issues and respond to requests; they are not used to record browsing activity.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNLn follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through its international routes, or retain browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history. It does not create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
While a route is connected, connection status needed to transmit data is used only to handle the current session. It is not retained as connection history after the session ends. Cumulative plan usage is billing data; it does not include access destinations and is not associated with browsing content. Website analytics and order records are separate data categories from route connection logs and are handled separately under this policy.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and device display behavior so we can improve content and usability. Analytics may involve page paths, referral pages, browser types, and visit times. They are limited to interactions with this website and do not extend to other websites users access through international routes.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to retain login status, language preferences, and essential interface settings. Authentication information for the user panel may be stored locally to maintain a session. Users can clear this data in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to log in again or reset preferences, but this will not automatically delete account or order data on the server.
Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment provider handles the payment process. VPNLn uses order-related information and payment results to confirm service status. Each provider's own terms apply to the data it collects during payment. Do not submit payment account credentials in a support ticket.
Account, order, and support ticket data are used only as needed to deliver the service, verify transactions, and handle user requests. If applicable law requires data to be provided, it will be limited to what is necessary and permitted by that requirement. Using a third-party payment provider does not mean user browsing content is shared with it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while the service is provided. Order and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, provide after-sales support, and meet applicable legal obligations. They are not kept indefinitely for purposes unrelated to these needs. When the purpose has been fulfilled and continued retention is unnecessary, the relevant data will be deleted or processed so it can no longer identify an individual.
Users can sign in to the user panel support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Records related to pending orders, refund disputes, or legal retention obligations may not be deletable yet; if so, we will explain why. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and future after-sales support, so please check the service status first.
Policy Updates and Questions
If service processes or data handling practices change, this page will be updated with the relevant terms and the date shown at the top. Significant changes involving the purposes of processing, the scope of data, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will follow those requirements.
Submit privacy questions and data handling requests through user panel support tickets. Please describe the account data involved, the request, and its context. The scope of service and refund rules are covered in the Terms of Service. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of third-party platforms.
