Service Scope

VPNLn provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 100+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel. Check the panel for currently available routes and their status.

A subscription provides network connectivity. It does not include memberships on third-party platforms, content licenses, or account eligibility. When accessing international websites, the platform may still decide whether to provide service based on account region, payment information, and its own rules. Route coverage does not guarantee continued access to content on any specific platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details, subscription links, and order records secure. Do not publish your credentials or let others use them. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed, change your password promptly and manage your subscription details through the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's use across multiple devices and does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting, or distributing subscriptions, or providing the service as a connection resource to others, is prohibited. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unusual account activity, submit a ticket with the details and request a review.

Subscription Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules; check your selection before confirming an order.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Order status and data usage are recorded in the user panel. If the subscription does not appear after payment, keep your payment receipt and submit a ticket for review to avoid placing a duplicate order.

You can request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit a refund request by ticket, identifying the relevant order and providing the necessary payment record. Information is checked only to verify the order and process the refund; you do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service. Updates will be provided through the ticket. No processing or arrival time is promised unless expressly stated.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region involved in your use of the service, as well as the terms of use of destination websites and apps. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distribution of malicious software, infringement of others' rights, or unauthorized data access.

Do not disrupt routes or other users' normal service through automated abuse or persistent abnormal requests. VPNLn's no-logs policy does not remove your compliance obligations or authorize unlawful conduct. For information about how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Account Termination

Network performance depends on your local connection, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and changes to third-party platforms. VPNLn does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, fixed speeds, or ongoing access to any particular app. Routes may be adjusted during maintenance or outages. If you notice an issue, submit a ticket with a relevant description.

VPNLn may restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account depending on the circumstances if there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other violations of these terms. If you believe an action was taken in error, you can request a review by ticket. Disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability required by law or cancel expressly stated refund commitments.

Changes to These Terms and Support

If service changes or compliance requirements necessitate amendments, VPNLn will update the date on this page. Important changes affecting account use or subscription benefits will be explained in site announcements or the user panel. Amendments will not retroactively cancel refund rights that have been expressly promised.

Review subscription pricing for subscription rules, or use a user panel support ticket for questions about these terms, orders, or accounts. Submit only the information needed to resolve the issue; do not include passwords or complete subscription links.
